An email with your appointment time will be sent to your MCHS email. At that time you will come to lab 1202 (you will not be called out of class). If you are a virtual student, you are welcome to come to campus and meet with them. Check in the front office when you get on campus.

Please complete a personal check of COVID-19 symptoms before arriving at event.
Temperature checks will be taken before entering the event.
