First District Kentucky Education Association Retired has established a scholarship fund in memory of Arletta Kennedy who was First District KEA Retired president at the time of her death. Up to, two scholarships $500.00 each, will be awarded to students from first district high schools who are majoring in education. The scholarships have been made possible from contributions to Arletta Kennedy Scholarship Fund.
Students must send completed application, letter of introduction, resume, three letters of recommendation, and official transcript to the address below:
