First District Kentucky Education Association Retired has established a scholarship fund in memory of Arletta Kennedy who was First District KEA Retired president at the time of her death. Up to, two scholarships $500 each, will be awarded to students from first district high schools who are majoring in education. The scholarships have been made possible from ontributions to Arletta Kennedy Scholarship Fund.
