Guidelines
The Westlake Chemical Corporation will award two (2) college scholarships for the 2023-2024 academic year at area high schools (Calloway, Christian Fellowship, Graves, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, Mayfield, McCracken, Murray, Paducah Tilghman, St. Mary). Each scholarship award is a one-time grant of $1,000 to help cover the cost of higher education. Payments are made directly to the recipient upon adequate proof of enrollment.
To be eligible applicants must:

be a 2023 candidate for high school graduation,

have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale),

have a composite ACT score of at least a 23 or above OR a composite SAT score of at least
1500, and
-
plan to major in Engineering at an accredited institution of higher learning.
Application and information must be postmarked by April 14, 2023 or hand delivered by that date to the plant in Calvert City.
