2024 HEALTH CAREERS
SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP
Two students will be
awarded $1000 each
(Please note scholarship
criteria below)
1.
Graduating senior
needs to be enrolled to pursue or plan to pursue a career in a healthcare or health-related
science field in the fall.
2.
The student must
be enrolled in a health careers pathway during their senior year at MCHS.
3.
The student must
be a Health Occupations Student Association (HOSA) member at MCHS.
4.
The student must
have a final grade of an A at the time of the scholarship deadline.
5.
The student must
have a 3.0 GPA.
6.
The student must
be actively involved in school and community activities.
7.
The student must
submit a one-page typed essay explaining their health career choice and how the
class has benefited them.
8. The Marshall County Hospital Board and Tiffany Tubbs will choose the recipient(s).
9. The deadline for submission is no later than April 30th.

Documents to submit:
· Current transcript with GPA
· Essay describing interests and reasons for pursuing a career in healthcare, as well as long-term career goals. Please include details of academic/civic/community activity and organizational involvement.

List scholarships
already received, as well as the amount rewarded.
