The Bluegrass Indo American Civic Society (BIACS) offers several scholarships that our organization offers to all Kentucky college bound high school seniors graduating this year.
BIACS is a non profit organization that was started in 1988. We awarded our first scholarship in 1989 and since then have awarded over $350,000 in scholarships. Last year we awarded multiple Merit and Need Based scholarships ranging from $1000 - $1500. You can visit us at Biacs.org to learn more about our organization.
