Hope that Binds serves families and children through the adoption and foster care processes by supporting, connecting and advocating. Our mission is for children to become a part of families, to ultimately know Christ and become a part of God’s family. Our goal through this scholarship is to support students, who have been adopted or a part of the foster care program, to seek post-secondary education and training (ex. College, technical school, cosmetology school, etc). This scholarship is for one year only and the amount is $500.
