We're excited to begin the search for our 2024 Scholarship recipients! Independence Bank is looking for students who need financial assistance to further their education. We award over $100,000 each year to high school seniors pursuing an education with dreams of making a difference. With over $1.7 million in scholarships awarded since 2001, we can't wait to see this number continue to grow!
Our team seeks to understand applicant’s goals, aspirations, where they come from and who they are, while also evaluating a typed essay, high school grades/GPA, ACT scores, financial need, extracurricular activities and volunteer tasks. The deadline to apply is January 29th at 5:00 pm, CST. Applications can be completed online by visiting our www.1776bank.com/scholarships. All applicants will be notified by email in April.
