So sorry for the short noticed but I was just notified today of a state scholarship through KY DAR. The due date is January 9th. The local chapter will select one applicant to forward to the state for the opportunity to win $1000 scholarship.
Submission Requirements:
1. A completed Kentucky DAR Scholarship Application, including his/her curriculum, as well as student and civic activities, hobbies, and interests.
2. A transcript of the applicant’s grades, showing a 3.0 or above on a 4.0 system.
3. A 500-word composition, indicating his/her career objectives and major goal in life.
